There Is Nothing I Don't Like About The Elder Scrolls V
Skyrim, without a doubt, is simply the best single player RPG in the world. I guarantee you are going to truly love it. There is very little not to love in the Elder Scrolls v? Amazing, highly detailed world you will love. The weather seems so real the way it rolls in and out.
The player is in total control of the path the player takes: the Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim is packed with hundreds of hours of game play, of quests, and side quests, of creatures, details, and items everywhere you look.
With whatever skill set desired, the player can develop any character he or she wants, and the game engine is so intelligent that its radiant story AI will shift the game experience to accommodate the players choices. Holy cow!
Skyrim is RPG extraordinaire! The first time I saw this game my jaw dropped open. Friends of mine were ready to get a copy of Skyrim the moment I showed it to them, and they do not even like RPG games.
Having dragon powers, and taking on a dragon, killing it, and absorbing its soul, is a scenario hard to resist. Amazing! And when battling, now you can dual-wield anything you want: a sword in one hand, and magic in the other. Use defences like shields, which you can use as a melee weapon too, or be on the attack swinging dual blades, an axe and a hammer, anything, any combo you want.
The Elder Scrolls v world is so authentic that it is hard to resist. Its like walking into your favorite fantasy novel, but a story that is largely unwritten. Yes, you, as the player, now have the power to write your own story in Skyrim.
Even the mountains in the background are not just props, or painted vistas: you can run to them, and climb to the top of them, but be aware that it will take you a long time to get there, but the same thing would happen in the real world too.
Just looking at the game-play trailers, and noticing the realism and detail I would say that the most amazing thing of all is that the development team was able to get this game to play on existing consoles. Even PCs do not need to be upgraded that much, as far as I have heard.
Normally games of this depth and magnitude need to be released on the next generation machines. But the team saw that the 360 had more to give, so they rewrote the engine, and it worked. All I can say is awesome job team! And my big tip to any gamer who wants to play the best game of the year: get the Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim right now right here: The Elder Scrolls 5.
