Does ANYONE know any great links to get RPG XP Resources?

I've been to quite a few sites but nothing really came of interest to me. I am interested in mostly futuristic chipsets and/or charactersets and if you know any links for this specifically it will do. But feel free to post ANY sites that you know of in general for ANY sort of resources.
