The best single player RPG I have ever played is Skyrim. Yes you will love this game. What’s not to love in the Elder Scrolls v? Amazing, highly detailed world you will love. The new Creation engine is incredible, and renders weather systems that look authentic in real-time.
The Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim is packed with hundreds of hours of game play, of quests, and side quests, of creatures, details, and items everywhere you look, to let the player have total control over the game experience.
With whatever skill set desired, the player can develop any character he or she wants, and the game engine is so intelligent that its radiant story AI will shift the game experience to accommodate the players choices. Amazing!
Skyrim is RPG extraordinaire! The first time I saw this game my jaw dropped open. This game is so cool and appealing that when I showed it to gamers who have no interest in RPG, they were ready to rush out and get a copy.
I think the game-play is hard to beat. It is hard for any gamer to resist the idea of taking on a dragon, absorbing its soul, and getting its powers, like the dragon cry. Very cool! And when battling, now you can dual-wield anything you want: a sword in one hand, and magic in the other. Use defences like shields, which you can use as a melee weapon too, or be on the attack swinging dual blades, an axe and a hammer, anything, any combo you want.
The realm of the new Elder Scrolls v is just too real looking, too inviting to resist. Ever wanted to walk into a fantasy novel, and be part of it, in a story that is largely unwritten? Yes, you, as the player, now have the power to write your own story in Skyrim.
Even the mountains in the background are not just props, or painted vistas: you can run to them, and climb to the top of them, but be aware that it will take you a long time to get there, but the same thing would happen in the real world too.
The most amazing thing of all is that the development team was able to get this game to play on existing consoles. As far as I have heard, even PCs do not need to be upgraded that much.
Are bench mark setting games like this normally released on the next generation machines? Yes. Go all the way with the old systems, the team rewrote the engine to get even more out of the 360. Very good job team! This is going to be the best game in a long time so get the Elder Scrolls v: Skyrim right here: The Elder Scrolls 5.
