"Intel graphics with dual core"?

How can I tell if my computer has "Intel graphics with dual core"?
My comp does not have a real video card to speak of..... so I am just wondering if I can run the MMORPG, Champions Online, which requires a minimum of "Intel graphics with dual core"
I have a Dell Inspiron 530S with a
2.53 GHz Intel Core Duo processor
It can run WoW and Lotro fine (on lower end graphics settings in-game)
