Types of Stress - Living A Lifetime Of Freedom

The majority of people deal with stress within their lives; usually each and every day. Stress has become intertwined in most of our lives just as if it belonged there. Stress typically decreases both the quality of our lives plus the length of our lives. Stress is frequently categorized three different ways.

Types of Stress

Acute Stress

Acute stress is what normally comes to mind when you think about stress. It is easily the most prevalent kind of stress. There are more types of stress but most of us the categories are irrelevant. All we actually want is a way out from the physical and emotional burdens of stress.
