Computer game in Spanish?

I have a game now for my computer that is in spanish, and I have no idea what it says! Would someone please tell me how i could change the language of the game to English? i heard that there was some language thing on the computer that you could switch to fix it but i don't know how to get to it. thanks

Its probably not your whole computer that is in Spanish but that game is in Spanish. There sould be a set-up or options thing on the menu where you can change the language.
