what is the best first person shooter out for PC?

Best game play, online play, graphics (i have top graphics cards) best everything etc...

Best is normally up to the player. I like Bioshock and Crysis/Warhead. Call of Duty and Gears of War are also highly rated, although I haven't played them more than an hour or so.
