Your body is your temple meaning you should know your limits and stay within them.

If you are motivated to do well, and are physically fit to do so, you can have a different result. Often times, people will do too much because they feel that they can. You may injure yourself if you continue to do this. So exercise common sense and stay within your limits.

Given the time of year, the temperate conditions may be damp and clammy and most people are not in an enhanced physical state. This is the stage that will put you in jeopardy of dehydration. You need to be aware of drinking your water properly or you may end up with stomach or muscle cramping.

Even if you're only doing casual workouts, you should still make sure you use common sense and keep yourself safe. Warming up and being cautious becomes increasingly important as you get older.
